TriMedica International, Inc. was originally founded in 1989 by Joseph and Martha Christy, a husband and wife team who have been involved in the natural health field since the early 1970’s. Throughout the last 25 years, Joseph Christy has operated a number of natural health companies including the Granary, Inc., a high-profile retail natural foods grocery chain located in Sarasota, Florida. Martha Christy, who worked for many years as a nutritional consultant, is also a medical research writer and lecturer and has authored several alternative health books.
