About: Blue Tansy’s vibrant blue color and tranquil personality are caused by compounds known as chamazulenes. Apply a few drops of Blue Tansy in your moisturizer to encourage calm, clear skin. Massage into wrists & and lower back to support balanced emotions & sleep. Diffuse 1-2 drops and breathe deeply to promote the respiratory system. A quick note: we recommend against using this oil in the bath as it will stain your tub blue!

Blending Recommendations: Calendula CO2, Cardamom, Carrot Seed, German Chamomile, Roman Chamomile, Clary Sage, Cocoa Perfume, Coriander Seed, Cypress, Fennel, Frankincense, Rose Geranium, Ginger, Grapefruit, Helichrysum, Hyssop Decumbens, Lavender, Lavender Reserve, Lavender Spike, Lemon, Lemongrass, Lemon Verbena, Mandarin, May Chang, Neroli, Sweet Orange, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Rose Otto, Sandalwood, Spikenard, Tea Tree, Vanilla Perfume, Yarrow, Ylang Ylang.

Safety Information:  Always dilute with a carrier oil. Individuals with an allergy to ragweed may react to Blue Tansy. Be certain that you are using Tanacetum annuum (Blue Tansy) and not its cousin, Tanacetum vulgare (Tansy), as the later is toxic to humans.

Maximum adult dilution rate:3-5%, 27-45 drops per ounce.
