D-Ribose is a unique sugar that serves as the foundation for many important compounds, including DNA, RNA, and most importantly, ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the “energy currency” of the cells. This simple 5-carbon sugar is the structural backbone of ATP, driving both its synthesis and recycling.

D-Ribose; 5 g

Mix 5 grams (2 teaspoons) with 6-8 ounces of water, stir briskly and drink. Take twice daily, or more, on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals.
