Take Dr. Garber’s Natural Solutions® for Constipation throughout the day as needed.

 

Take one or two half droppers 2-4 times per day in a small amount of water. Two half droppers twice daily will usually be sufficient although some will find that more frequent dosing of one half dropper 4 times or more per day will have a better action. The amount can be safely increased so use as much as you need to get the desired result. Any of Dr. Garber’s formulas may be taken together at the same time. Just mix them together in a glass containing a small amount of water.
