Vanady sulphate by Atrium is a form of the trace mineral ""Vanadium"". Vanadyl sulphate plays a role in helping blood sugar (glucose) to enter muscle cells similar to the function insulin performs. It increases muscle sensitivity in muscle cells only, not fat cells. Many bodybuilders feel a greater muscle fullness (""pump""), while supplementing with Vanadyl Sulphate. Vanadyl also assists in muscle tissue recovery.

Directions:
