Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients
liex aquifolium 2x
oleander 5x
arnica montana radix 7x
orchitinum 10x
sarcolacticum acidum 11x
.99 mg each in a lactose base
Each 300 mg tablet contains as inactive ingredients dextrose, lactose, magnesium stearate, citric acid

Dosage:
Take tablets sublingually or try dissolving completely in mouth. Tablets may be chewed. Adults and children above 6 years: Take 1-3 tablets hourly before, during and after exertion. Tablets may be taken as often as every 5 minutes as required for relief.
