Many experts estimate that Candida imbalance will sooner or later negatively impact upon the health of at least one out of three individuals. Can-Plex is a triple therapy formulated to meet the needs of the holistic practitioner. It combines three plant-derived, anti-fungal ingredients which have been extensively utilized on Candida patients with significant success. The pleomorphic and ubiquitous nature of Candida albicans has made it particularly resistant to eradication even with the use of powerful pharmaceuticals. In fact, the weakening of the immune system with synthetic anti-fungals probably accounts for a high rate of recidivism.

Using a single therapeutic agent may allow a few resistant yeast cells to survive. These survivors can go on to form a resistant strain (super infection). The rationale for using three superior anti-fungals is based on avoiding this eventuality. Some natural formulas include five, ten or even fifteen ingredients. Even when the individual ingredients in these formulas are relevant they are usually in too little concentration to be of substantial therapeutic value.

Excellent results can be found through using Seed-A-Sept capsules or liquid formula which contain the standardized grapefruit seed extract. In most instances use of these will prove sufficient.
