"C Aspa Scorb 8 oz - by Progressive laboratories
High Potency Vitamin C Mineral Transporter
Death Rate from Myocardial Infarct Reduced by 85% in research Using K
and Mg Aspartates.
C Aspa Scorb was formulated as a mineral transporter based on results of
studies by Hans Neiper, M.D., of West Germany and other researchers. A seven
year study by Dr. Neiper concluded that a 50/50 mixture of potassium and
magnesium aspartates decreased the death rate from myocardial infarct by 84%.
This information was backed up by an Australian study.
An important factor in overcoming myocardial muscular fatigue and
subsequent potential muscular necrosis in the myocardium, and overcoming an
overspill of the lactic acid pool, is to increase the formation of ATP.
Aspartic acid transports the potassium and magnesium ions to the inner layer of
the outer cell membrane which activates the respective enzymes, resulting in
increased formation of ATP.
Quantity - 8 oz. - Powder - 5100 mg per serving
High Potency C Ascorbates with Aspartates - 4000 mg. of Vitamin C
Dissolves easily in water or juice.
Each teaspoon (4000 mg.) supplies
Vitamin C 4000 mg. Magnesium (aspartate and ascorbate) 250 mg.
Zinc (ascorbate) 30 mg. Manganese (ascorbate) 4.2 mg. Selenium
Ascorbate 50 mcg. Potassium (ascorbate and aspartate) 96 mg.
Dosage: Therapeutic - 1 tsp. 3 times daily or more as directed by
a doctor.
Maintenance: 1/3 tsp. 3 times daily or 1 teaspoon daily.
Note: Vitamin C as mineral ascorbates has a somewhat higher
pH than does ascorbic acid alone. This higher pH gives it a somewhat better
bowel tolerance. This can be improved upon by starting with a lower dose and
gradually increasing it over a period of time.
More Information:
A scientific advising panel to the US government recently recommended
that all healthy adults increase their Vitamin C intake to 250-1000 mg a day. A
daily intake of 250-1000 mg of Vitamin C may be adequate for preventive
purposes, but far larger quantities are required in halting or reversing cancer
and heart disease and Hepatitis C. Although there has been some concern that
people suffering from hemochromatosis (a tendency to iron overload) may be
sensitive to high doses of Vitamin C, most researchers agree that Vitamin C is
entirely safe in daily quantities of 10 grams or more. An adequate intake of
Vitamin C is surely the best and most cost efficient health insurance available
today (46).
The official Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) is sixty mg. per day. How
much do we need? To answer this question it is crucial to realize that the RDA
is not, in any way, based on what is required for optimum health. The RDA is
simply the amount required to avoid scurvy, the most obvious deficiency
disease. Actually the RDA is based on the Vitamin C content of the average
diet. The logic goes somewhat like this: The average healthy North American
diet provides about 60 mg. per day of Vitamin C, so since scurvy is virtually
unknown in the USA today, 60 mg. per day must be adequate. So much for Science.
High-potency Vitamin C produces dramatic healing in many Hepatitis C
patients. I used C Aspa Scorb by progressive labs. It comes in powder form and
the dose recommended is one teaspoon, three times a day or approximately
fourteen thousand (14,000) mg. You mix the teaspoon in a small amount of
distilled water.
When I first employed Dr. D for my liver problem, his first diagnosis
was hemochromatosis. According to him, an inherited disease. He asked if any of
my relatives had the disease. Most of my relatives were dead from cancer, so I
didn't know.
I experienced a horrendous iron overload in my liver. Chronic Hepatitis
C does cause iron overload, and there are too many known bad effects. I'm sure
a lot of unknown problems result from iron overload. That is why Dr. D
prescribed phlebotomies or bloodletting, to leach the iron from my liver. My
bloodletting led to the blood bank discovering my Hepatitis C.
Drinking distilled water helps leach out iron and other toxic overloads
from the liver. All chronic Hepatitis C patients should drink distilled
water.
As long as we're on the topic of iron retention, it is important for
Hepatitis C patients to avoid all iron supplements. Carefully read the
ingredients in supplements because iron is added needlessly in all sorts of
pills and other types of supplements such as superfoods and in particular
supplements designed for women. If you have Hepatitis C and don't know if
you're retaining iron in your liver, get tested. A simple blood test will
reveal your iron binding content. If you have a liver biopsy, be sure to remind
your doctor to have an iron test done at the same time. Not all doctors know or
remember to do this. In my case they did do it, but they lost it. I wasn't
about to visit Dr. Pocahontas a second time.
For Vitamin C, I consumed at least two lemons everyday. They should be
fresh and organic. Use them in tea, to marinate meat, in stir-fry and to make
lemonade, lemon honey and distilled water. Put a slice of lemon in your glass
of water, it makes water exciting. There are live enzymes and bioflavonoids in
fresh squeezed fruit that just isn't in pills, powder or processed supplements.
Also, lemons are a good source of the mineral magnesium, which helps maintain
the mineral balance in the body.
Maud Grieve, a modern herbalist said, it is probable that the
lemon is the most valuable of all fruit for preserving health"".
During my treatment I took 7000mg of vitamin C 2 times per day for three
months. I then cut down to 2000mg 2 times per day. Vitamin C can leach calcium
out of your bones, so I suggest taking a calcium supplement in addition to the
Vitamin C.
Hans Larsen states: Vitamin C was first isolated in 1928 by the
Hungarian biochemist and Nobel Prize winner Dr. Syent-Gyorgijc. Vitamin C plays
an important role as a component of enzymes involved in the synthesis of
collagen and carnitine.
Vitamin C intake markedly reduces the severity of a cold; it also
effectively prevents secondary viral and bacterial complications. Vitamin C
works by stimulating the immune system and protecting against damage by the
free radicals released by the body in its fight against the infection (46).
Drs. Pauling and Cameron pioneered the use of large doses of Vitamin C
(more than 10 grams a day) in the treatment of cancer patients. From their
experiments at the Vale of Leven Hospital in Scotland, they concluded that
terminal cancer patients who received large daily doses of Vitamin C, along
with the regular treatment, lived much longer than patients who did not receive
Vitamin C. These patients also had less pain, and in general, a much-improved
quality of life.
Larsen continues: Vitamin C is truly a wonder nutrient and there
is no doubt that many of the serious degenerative diseases plaguing the
civilized world today can be prevented or even reversed through an adequate
intake of this essential vitamin.

PHYSIOLOGY: C Aspa Scorb was formulated as a mineral transporter
based on the results of studies by several researchers, principally Hans
Neiper, M.D., West Germany. Note: Calcium & Sodium ascorbate have been
intentionally left out of this formula.
POTASSIUM AND MAGNESIUM ASPARTATE: A seven year study by a
well-known doctor concluded that a 50/50 mixture of K an Mg aspartate decreased
the death rate from myocardial infarct by 84%. These results were confirmed by
an Australian study. An important factor in overcoming myocardial muscular
fatigue and subsequent potential muscular necrosis in the myocardium, and

of ATP. Aspartic acid transports potassium and magnesium ions to the inner
layer of the outer cell membrane which activates the respective enzymes,
resulting in increased formation of ATP.
MINERAL ASCORBATES- ACTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH VITAMIN C MINERAL
ASCORBATES: It is well known that a high potency intake of mineral
ascorbates increases urinary excretion of several minerals, chiefly calcium and
magnesium. The ascorbate bonding of calcium is of prime importance for removal
of unwanted mineral deposits. Additional minerals have been added to insure
that proper mineral levels are maintained. Ascorbated minerals are partially
bound and partially electro-statically associated which assures their
availability. Calcium and sodium are intentionally left out of this formula.
Calcium should be monitored by the health care professional and administered in
the proper form as required.
SELENIUM: A recent study has shown that failure of the natural
pacemaker system of the heart can be substantially reduced by administering
selenium. It further stated that 90% of all pacemaker implants would be
superfluous if adequate amounts of selenium were administered. Studies of
certain areas of China, Finland and the United States where the soil is
selenium poor showed heart disease and death from heart attack to be far above
the average for other areas of these countries. Adding selenium to the diets of
people in these areas significantly reduced heart disease.
VITAMIN C: Research indicates that Vitamin C helps to prevent
blood clots. One study has shown that patients given two grams of Vitamin C
daily had fewer adhesive platelets. In other tests with patients suffering from
heart disease, Vitamin C was found to increase fibrinolytic activity by over
60% even though none of the patients was deficient in Vitamin C. Further
studies reveal that treatment with Vitamin C will lower LDL and increase HDL
concentrations and also stimulate production of the enzyme LPL (lipotrophic
lipase) which acts as a cleansing agent on vascular walls. Of course this
quality product can be used wherever a potent Vitamin C product is required and
can be tailored to just about any potency needed. " |
