Purified Lecithin (Phosphatidyl Choline) has been nutritionally used for Alzheimer’s, to lower cholesterol and triglycerides, to increase HDL levels, and to help prevent accumulation of fats in the liver. Choline (Acetylcholine) is a neurotransmitter responsible for proper brain functions and memory. It also lowers cholesterol.
