Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (as freeze dried DHA concentrate) 35mg

Gamma linolenic acid (GLA) (as freeze dried GLA Concentrate) 20mg

Alpha linolenic acid (ALA) (as organic freeze dried flaxseed oil concentrate) 70mg

Natural vitamin E (as freeze dried d--tocopherol) 20iu

Non-active ingredients:Silica, vegetable magnesium stearate. Capsule: cellulose and water.

Recommended:1 - 6 capsules taken daily with meals or as professionally directed.

Microcelle Vega EFA is the first fully vegetarian capsule formed to provide DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), GLA (gamma linolenic acid) and ALA (alpha linolenic acid). The ratio of total omega-3 to omega-6, at approximately 5 : 1, is now considered to be optimum.

Vega EFA is especially suitable for children, as well as vegetarians, who would benefit from a pre-formed vegetarian source of DHA.
