Calcium (as freeze dried calcium citrate) 75mg

Magnesium (as freeze dried magnesium citrate) 75mg

Boron (as boron proteinate) 100mcg

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 15mg

Non-active ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate, silica. Capsule: cellulose & water.

Recommended: 2 - 6 capsules taken daily with meals or as professionally directed.
